Technology Request System (TRS), is a robust Web-based requisition authorization system that can improve processing and productivity. TRS allows users to easily create requests that help expedite the approval process and the ability to combine similar purchases to maximize funds. Users can easily request items with associated vendors; estimated costs are displayed with product description and other relevant information. The request is then routed for approval. If the request can be combined with other orders, the request will be modified to reflect updated costs. TRS will improve the bottom-line by centralizing the purchasing process, by reducing associated spending costs and by increasing efficiency. |
